TASTE: Strong alcohol flavor with a very bitter cherry flavor.
DRINK-ABILITY: A good beer with an overpoweringly bitter cherry flavor. This one might improve with aging.

SMELL: Hops, pine, orange, lemon, and tropical fruit.
TASTE: Strong hoppy but balanced taste with pine, orange citrus, and tropical fruit.
DRINK-ABILITY: A very good beer with balanced hops and great fruit tones.

Fullsteam Brewery Chombers One. Belgian Pale Ale. 6.5% ABV 90 IBU.
SMELL: Belgian yeast, lemon, sage, malt, and fruit.
TASTE: Strong lemon, sage, basil, and malt with a little spice with very well balanced Belgian yeast that was very clean tasting.
DRINK-ABILITY: One of the best Belgian Pales I have had. The Belgian yeast in this one is very well refined and clean tasting which adds to the lemon, sage, and malt flavor very nicely.

TASTE: Strong malt with strong chocolate, coffee, dark fruit, sugar and vanilla.
DRINK-ABILITY: Love this stout it has the correct thickness and an awesome amount of flavor going on.

SMELL: Honey, rye, bourbon, scotch, vanilla, and caramel.
TASTE: Strong sweetness of honey, vanilla, and caramel rolling into strong rye and oak flavor with scotch and bourbon.
DRINK-ABILITY: Definitely the best rye beer I have had to date wish I had more. Buy this one in bulk
